I am dying to try this- I've bought it from local farmer's markets and the grocery stores and it is amazing!

Ingredients

1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped jalapeno pepper
3 cups white sugar
3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/3 (6 fluid ounce) container liquid pectin
1 sprig fresh mint (optional)
Directions

Sterilize jars and lids by immersing in boiling water for at least 5 minutes.
In a saucepan, combine the raspberries, bell pepper, and jalapeno peppers with the sugar and cider vinegar. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, and boil rapidly for 1 minute. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
Stir in the liquid pectin, and run the mixture through a strainer to remove bits of peppers. Pour the strained liquid into sterilized jars, and seal. Store in a cool dark place. Refrigerate after opening.

Couldn't Resist

I noticed the other day that every other house in our neighborhood has wreaths on the front door. It seems to be a welcome to our world- prepare yourself for what is within....maybe not that dramatic- but you get the general idea. I enjoyed looking at a bunch of them and decided to share-

So I saw her work the other day at an art festival and absolutely loved it. She makes these beautiful art pieces with just bits of paper. The result is almost a quilt like effect- its very textural as well. I just loved it and thought I'd share the pieces I really enjoyed and her website-

I love aquamarine jewelry....makes sense with my blue obession....I think its something about the clarity and pure look to them.

I really love this magazine. Its got a homey feel- if a magazine could ever do that for person...this one does it for me. I love the food, travel, and decor ideas....idk I just plain like it. I've got a link to the online magazine in the side bar....but the real print one is much better in my opininon
